Welcome…
I’ve lived in Studio City for the last twelve years and (with my lovely wife) I’m raising my two daughters here. Studio City has the best of many worlds, it’s central to much of what Los Angeles has to offer and everything is only twenty minutes away (unless there’s traffic). We have great restaurants, tons of recreational opportunities, and more important than anything else it’s a neighborhood.
Through my work, volunteering at my daughter’s school and enjoying this community as a whole I have experienced much of what makes Studio City such a special place. I felt that this would be a good way to share information about the fun things that go on here. I’ll be talking with you folks about restaurants, parks, local classes and pretty much anything and everything that comes to mind. At this point in life most everything has to do with my kids and since I live here, I’m usually around here.
We’re an active family and we do go out of Studio City once in a while. I’ll keep you informed on interesting things that happen both in and out of Studio City also. I don’t like limits. So look for posts on our day trips, weekend getaways and general happenings that are relevant to families in general.
So check back and see the changes that happen… publishing on the web is new to me so as I learn the ins-and-outs, the site should get more functionality and grow over time.
