Snow Days @ LA Zoo
SLEDDING HILL, SNOWMAN BUILDING, AND SNOW FOR ANIMALS
Winter is in the air—and on the ground! For two days in February, the Zoo’s black bear and tiger will have their habitats transformed by blankets of snow. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to view these inquisitive creatures exploring a wintry wonderland.
Zoo visitors will also have the chance to frolic in the snow — a snow play area and a hill for sledding* are among the featured activities. Bring your mittens and join in the fun — and you could win cool prizes, including Disney’s Frozen on DVD!
*Please note: Sleds will be provided for your use during this activity; no personal sleds are allowed in the Zoo.
All activities are free to GLAZA members and with general admission. Activities are subject to change without notice.
